Job Summary

A technology company is seeking a Remote Junior and Mid-level ServiceNow Solution Consultant in New York City.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and Support ServiceNow based Applications and Systems
  • Provide Technical assistance for Pre-Sales Capacity
  • Demonstrate ServiceNow Platform as well as specific Modules to potential and existing customers

Required Skills:

  • Travel 20% to 30% to Customer Sites and Locations
  • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) preferably in Information Technology (or a similar technical subject)
  • Proven experience (2 years) as a key ITSM technical resource leading the development of solutions in client environments
  • Experience with modern and relevant web technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, AngularJS, etc.)
  • Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL and other such technologies
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
