A government IT company has a current position open for a Remote Junior Associate Technical Recruiter in Reston.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Develop sourcing strategies, timelines and deliverables
- Execute full-cycle recruitment
- Build relationships with the hiring managers
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in business, human resources, or a related field
- Reliable, with a keen sense of priorities and deadlines
- Ability to navigate recruitment and sourcing tools
- Ability to follow employements laws and regulations e.g. DOL,OFCCP, EEO, ADA, etc.
- Excellent communications and negotiation skills
- Prior experience working remotely with the ability to self-manage time and priorities
