Job Summary
An IT company has a current position open for a Remote Junior Business Analyst.
Must be able to:
- Work with PO on product feature gaps and issues
- Coordinate with migration office on timeline and solution readiness communication to the customer
- Update migration office on customer solution readiness in UAT
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Exposure to XML, JSON, REST, API Services and related standards
- 1+ years of Product Owner or Technical Business Analysis experience
- Exposure to one of the cloud or software development technologies
- 1+ years minimum experience in Technical Support role/Business Analysis with end customer communications
- Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to go above and beyond to meet deliverables
- Strong customer service attitude and initiative to investigate technical issues
