Remote Junior Business Analyst
Job Summary
An information technology and professional services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Junior Business Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Contribute to supporting multiple development efforts
- Create/update documents required as part of an agile system development
- Analyze, design, implement and support IT business applications
Position Requirements Include:
- 5 yrs relevant experience in Service Supplier/Vendor management and IT Operations and Maintenance (O&M)
- 5 yrs relevant experience in ITIL framework and IT Service Management (ITSM)
- Experience with Agile delivery programs
- Experience working with developers to translate business needs into user stories
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, and Access
