Job Summary

A staffing agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Junior Commercial Counsel.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Reviewing and drafting Statements of Work in connection with professional services
  • Reviewing non-disclosure agreements

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 3-5+ years of experience with SaaS and related commercial procurement contracts
  • J.D. required
  • Experience with cloud services or on-prem software is a plus (hardware or privacy experience is not a requirement)
