Job Summary
A mortgage company has an open position for a Remote Junior Compliance Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Conducting daily review of company loan production pipeline as it relates to “Aged” loan files
- Reaching out to individual branch team members for status via email and or by phone as needed
- Following up and track responses from branch team members that were contacted
Position Requirements Include:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 2 years of general assistant processing experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to organize, multi-task and prioritize responsibilities and work flow
- Ability to work in a team as well as independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
