An information technology company is seeking a Remote Junior Computer User Support Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Responding to trouble tickets
- Providing phone, remote, and desk-side technical support to users
- Interacting daily with customers to ensure productivity; provides individual feedback

- Public Trust Clearance by start date
- ITILv4 Foundation Certification by 31 Dec 2022
- Proven ability to work independently in a full and/or partial remote environment
