Job Summary
A human resource software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Junior Contract Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing during the negotiation phase of the contracting process
- Establishing and maintaining great working relationships with internal business partners
- Acting as a key contact for the legal department
Position Requirements Include:
- At least 3+years of total legal experience negotiating contract
- In-house with SaaS or human capital management experience and/or working on multinational organization relationships
- Sales team support experience
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to support global customers
- Excellent judgment and ability to work independently
- Strong organizational and document management skills
