Job Summary
A business solutions company for the financial services industry has a current position open for a Remote Junior Corporate Recruiter.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Being responsible for managing a full cycle recruitment process, from sourcing, pre-screen, interviewing, through offer extension and closing
- Working closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs
- Conducting regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources/Marketing or other related field
- Strong follow-up, research, and multi tasking skills
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
