Job Summary
A consulting firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Junior Customer Experience Business Analyst.
Must be able to:
- Work as a contributing member of delivery teams
- Work to support the management of client expectations and day to day interactions with clients and sponsors
- Facilitate client understanding of proposed solutions and the business value it will bring
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2+ years of professional experience
- 1+ year of writing requirements or testing on a project with a self service application
- Ability to articulate and compare alternative approaches drawing from previous engagements and recommended solutions
- Ability to write user stories and requirements based on analytical skills and business knowledge
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to write and execute test cases for large self service applications
