Job Summary

A global insurance and risk management firm is in need of a Remote Junior Data Engineer.

Must be able to:

  • Use Python, SQL to build on the infrastructure
  • Build upon existing data architecture in order to support applications
  • Optimize reports in IBM Cognos/Power BI

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • BA/BS in Computer Science, database or related technical field, or equivalent experience
  • High School diploma
  • 2+ years of Python scripting experience
  • Experience with data infrastructure and ETL programming or tools
  • Proficiency with SQL
  • Experience with SQL Server or Oracle
