Job Summary
A patent and trademark research company is in need of a Remote Junior Docketing Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Docketing US and foreign patent and TM matters
- Monitoring, docketing, auditing, and communicating IP activity and critical deadlines for key clients
- Managing client communications and the integrity of electronic case records
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or Paralegal Certificate
- 3 to 5 years Docketing experience
- Foreign Patent and TM docketing experience
- Experience with CPI
- US Patent and TM docketing experience
