Remote Junior Healthcare Software Business Analyst

Job Summary

A communications company is in need of a Remote Junior Healthcare Software Business Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Become an expert in a highly configurable healthcare application
• Work under the guidance of a Sr. Business Analyst and/or Product Manager to clarify requirements and create user stories using Microsoft TFS and VersionOne
• Assist with communicating user needs into functional requirements actionable by software development

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Effective oral and written communication skills, interfacing with customers, software engineers, internal peers, and management
• Ability to explain complicated concepts in simple and straightforward language
• Willingness and capability of quickly learning new technologies
• Work independently and prioritize multiple competing assignments appropriately to meet deadlines while adjusting to a rapidly changing environment
• Effective team player in a team environment
• Ability to operate effectively under conditions of moderate ambiguity
