Job Summary
A financial services company is in need of a Remote Junior Implementations Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Assisting Senior Manager of Implementations with client account configuration in back-end systems
- Creating necessary documentation for specific client onboarding
- Coordinating activity completion with cross-departmental teams involved in client onboarding
Position Requirements Include:
- 1-3 years experience assisting in Project Management, of various complexities
- Experience with client-facing communication
- Ability to follow up on multiple projects
- Experience in a startup environment is a plus
- Highly organized
- Strong collaboration, communication & decision-making skills to gather, organize, share & rally multiple groups around an objective
