Job Summary
A cloud technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Junior Infrastructure Engineer in Las Vegas.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Supporting the Infrastructure team with our VMWare based cloud environment
- Providing superior support to the end-user experience
- Providing escalated Infrastructure level support to the Service Department
Qualifications for this position include:
- Experience with producing support documentation for supported products
- Experience working with help desk ticketing systems
- Excellent knowledge and proven experience with Windows Server 2012/2016/2019
- Experience with basic networking including wireless, wired, security, and basic design
- Excellent communication, presentation, writing, and editorial abilities
- A college degree or equivalent work experience (4+ years)
