Job Summary
An integrated, nonprofit system needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Junior IT Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Using professional concepts in accordance with company objectives to solve complex problems in creative and effective ways
- Demonstrating expertise in functional area business processes
- Independently initiating, identifying, and coordinating the analysis of complex needs in project areas
Qualifications for this position include:
- Strong communications skills
- Strong analytical and technical skills
- Strong understanding of technical support processes and troubleshooting
- Strong customer relations background
- Pursuant of BA/BS in a related field
- One or more years of systems/ business analysis
