Job Summary
A legal services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Junior IT Application Support Specialist in Evanston.
Must be able to:
- Serve as the first point of contact
- Gather and document reported issues
- Maintain issue queue work items and statuses in the designated support ticketing system
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Technology, or Technical Certifications
- 2 years in customer support, managing support tickets in various mediums and prioritizing issues
- Excellent communication verbal and written skills
- Great problem-solving abilities
- Ability to rapidly switch gears while retaining focus on the bigger picture
- Ability to explain complex topics in easy to understand and concise English language
