A software development company is filling a position for a Remote Junior IT Support Engineer in New York City.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Being the critical front-line resource and provide direct IT support to all employees
  • Assisting with managed company laptop systems, mobile devices with macOS or iOS operating systems
  • Demonstrating strong customer service skills by ensuring proper documentation, ticket recording, and closer in a timely manner

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience as an IT Helpdesk/Associate
  • Experience working with Google Suite, Okta, Jumpcloud, Slack, and Zendesk
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Familiarity with various operating systems such as macOS and Windows
  • Education Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related area
