A software development company is filling a position for a Remote Junior IT Support Engineer in New York City.

- Being the critical front-line resource and provide direct IT support to all employees
- Assisting with managed company laptop systems, mobile devices with macOS or iOS operating systems
- Demonstrating strong customer service skills by ensuring proper documentation, ticket recording, and closer in a timely manner
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience as an IT Helpdesk/Associate
- Experience working with Google Suite, Okta, Jumpcloud, Slack, and Zendesk
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Familiarity with various operating systems such as macOS and Windows
- Education Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related area
