Job Summary
A technology company has an open position for a Remote Junior Java Developer in Fort Knox.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing support in specialized technology areas
- Assisting in design and development of database systems
- Optimizing database systems for performance and reliability
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelors in Computer Science or related discipline; 4 years of additional experience will be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's degree
- Familiar with Spring/JEE and Core Java programming and the Linux operating system
- Experience with JavaScript and DOM manipulation
- Knowledge of triggers, stored procedures, third party tools, replication, clustering, and transaction monitoring
- Ability to obtain a DOD Secret Clearance Required; an interim Secret is acceptable to start work
- CompTIA Security + Certification is required prior to start date
