Remote Junior Loan Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pre-Approval Specialist/Jr Loan Officer to work remotely and assist borrowers with loan applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Prequalify borrowers and generate interest through calls
• Analyze income, DTI, credit, and loan structure for pre-approval
• Issue pre-qualification letters and maintain organized pipeline management

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Loan Officer Assistant or Loan Officer
• Strong understanding of FHA, VA, Conventional, and Non-QM loan programs
• Skilled in income calculation and AUS guideline review
• Tech savvy with experience in LendingPad, Arive, and Monday.com preferred
• Must be comfortable working remotely on video with a collaborative team
