Job Summary
A reverse mortgage provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Junior Marketing Sales Operations Coordinator.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Identifying and escalating training opportunities found for the Customer Service and Sales teams
- Serving as the single point of contact and coordinate daily lead distribution to sales teams
- Monitoring and diagnosing system issues, identifying data anomalies and seeking resolution
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple assignments with tight deadlines
- 2-3 years marketing administration and coordination experience
- Requires good professional communication skills
- Demonstrates a strong sense of accountability
- Ability to understand and interpret rules and processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
