Job Summary

A full-service mortgage services company is seeking a Remote Junior Mortgage Loan Processor in Walnut Creek.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Reviewing loans for compliance within RESPA, TIL, HMDA, Reg. B, etc
  • Completing file contact information as applicable to each loan
  • Obtaining a complete loan package of order out documents before submitting to senior processor

Position Requirements Include:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of residential mortgage processing experience
  • Knowledge of RESPA guidelines
  • General knowledge of all mortgage and consumer lending regulations
  • Strong math and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
