Job Summary
A financial services company is seeking a Remote Junior Mortgage Underwriter in Southfield.
Must be able to:
- Manage a pipeline report of loans
- Maintain a consistent process for following-up on loans that require further review
- Review submitted documents for accuracy and completeness
Qualifications for this position include:
- Knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet Explorer, Desktop Underwriting
- Intermediate knowledge of compliance regulations and underwriting guidelines
- Ability to communicate effectively with external and internal customers and team mates
- Ability to positively impact MiMutual and its Operations Department
- Advanced customer service skills
