Job Summary
A leading provider of government and commercial technology services is filling a position for a Remote Junior PHP Developer in Austin.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Develop web-services using SOAP and REST protocols
- Design and develop architecturally sound, modular, component-based software applications
- Prepare system design documentation and other artifacts for project reviews
Skills and Requirements Include:
- BS degree in Engineering or related technology field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a relevant technical field
- 2 years of hands-on experience using the PHP technology stack or equivalent language
- Have a current strong capability and relevant experience with PHP
- Knowledge of software development best practices
- Knowledge of application systems design and use of architecture frameworks and design patterns
