A data solutions company is seeking a Remote Junior PHP Software Developer in Chicago.

Must be able to:

• Support our web-based tax processing portal and growing customer base
• Manage, develop, and enhance our application using modern coding practices

Position Requirements Include:

• 2+ years building custom applications in PHP (MVC), Javascript, and CSS
• Ability to write and maintain documentation
• Experience working with large databases – ours contains 500+ million rows
• Proficient in troubleshooting, debugging and solving programmatic problems
• Experience using version control in a team environment such as GIT
• Experience working and parsing large data files
