A business services and solutions company is filling a position for a Remote Junior Recruiter.
Must be able to:
- Drive the candidate management process
- Source prospective candidates using proprietary database systems
- Determine job specifications, qualifications and skills profile
Position Requirements Include:
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, Human Resource
- Good written communication and verbal communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and web-browsers
- Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
