Job Summary
A software platform is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Junior Remote Customer Success Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Being a key voice to our customers
- Demoing and supporting both free and of course the customers once they convert to the business plan
- Doing deeper dive training sessions with our paying accounts
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 1+ years experience in customer service or sales for B2B software
- Have perfect A++ written English
- Obsessed about creating amazing experiences for customers
- Love working with technology
- Pay attention to the details, because they matter
- Effective communicator
