A software platform is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Junior Remote Customer Success Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Being a key voice to our customers
  • Demoing and supporting both free and of course the customers once they convert to the business plan
  • Doing deeper dive training sessions with our paying accounts

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 1+ years experience in customer service or sales for B2B software
  • Have perfect A++ written English
  • Obsessed about creating amazing experiences for customers
  • Love working with technology
  • Pay attention to the details, because they matter
  • Effective communicator
