Remote Junior Security Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Security Analyst to support its security team in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of antivirus and endpoint management infrastructure
• Respond to incident tickets related to endpoint security issues and collaborate with senior team members for resolution
• Monitor dashboards for security tool health and document incident resolutions

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field; or equivalent experience
• Basic understanding of antivirus, endpoint management, and DLP technologies
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals) are a plus but not required
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
