Job Summary

A business process software company has an open position for a Remote Junior Software Customer Support Specialist.

Must be able to:

  • Respond to email, live chat, and phone inquiries from existing customers
  • Advise customers on the best way to use the software to meet their needs
  • Track customer interactions in Salesforce

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Once a year we all come together for an all-team retreat (when it’s safe)
  • 1-2 years of experience working directly with customers
  • Comfort working with web and mobile applications
  • Attention to detail
