Job Summary
A business process software company has an open position for a Remote Junior Software Customer Support Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Respond to email, live chat, and phone inquiries from existing customers
- Advise customers on the best way to use the software to meet their needs
- Track customer interactions in Salesforce
Qualifications for this position include:
- Once a year we all come together for an all-team retreat (when it’s safe)
- 1-2 years of experience working directly with customers
- Comfort working with web and mobile applications
- Attention to detail
