Job Summary

A software company is in need of a Remote Junior Software Developer in New Orleans.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Working with customer support team to resolve user issues
  • Building new web pages using Angular levering our existing API
  • Helping maintain and improve our existing JavaScript-based (Node.js, MongoDB) platform

Position Requirements Include:

  • Ability to write original code and modify existing code
  • Knowledge of Git and GitHub
  • Knowledge of MongoDB (or other NoSQL)
  • Familiarity with REST API concepts
  • Experience with modern JavaScript (ES6), including Node.JS and front-end development
  • Knowledge of front-end web design
