Job Summary
A software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Junior Software Engineer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing simulations for testing the networking layer
- Helping formalize and improve the specification of the consensus
- Ensuring the reliability and security of the implementation
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Experience working with distributed teams
- Experience working in an agile development environment
- Knowledge of fault tolerant consensus protocols like PBFT or Raft
- Experience developing, releasing, and maintaining production level software
- A strong grasp of computer science fundamentals including network, storage, OS, data structures, etc
- Significant experience writing Golang or the ability and desire to become proficient in new languages
