Job Summary
A reverse mortgage lender is seeking a Remote Junior System Support Administrator.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Handling system administration for multiple business channels
- Completing system testing for systems/product changes
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- One year of technical support experience is required
- Ability to work across all channels with excellent customer service, time management, problem solving, and communication skills
- Intermediate Excel skills is a must
