Job Summary
A privately-held information technology company that offers payment and revenue integrity solutions is seeking a Remote Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist in Los Alamitos.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Recruiting and managing all floor staff opening
- Supporting sourcing and interviewing when needed
- Managing offers tab daily to make sure offers go out in a timely manor
Qualifications Include:
- Knowledge of HR and onboarding process
- 2 years or more of experience working in a high-volume recruiting environment
- Computer competence (Microsoft Word, Outlook)
- Must also have experience with Electronic Medical Records
- Compassionate Communication Skills
- Ability to maintain appropriate boundaries with clients
