Job Summary
A staffing and recruiting firm specializing in creative, digital, and marketing solutions needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Junior Technical Writer in Atlanta.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Create and write various types of user documentation, including how-to guides, standard operation procedures (SOPs), manuals, references, or instructions
- Explain complicated concepts in a simple manner
Qualifications Include:
- Experience in performing research, outlining, writing, and editing new and existing operational policies, procedures and manuals
- Experience in conducting proactive reviews of SOP material to ensure current processes for all operational areas of the company are reflected
- Experience in standardizing content across platforms and medias
- Ability to write user-friendly content that meets the needs of the target audience, turning insights into language that sets our users up for success
- Ability to work closely with various departments to understand requirements
