Job Summary
A technology solutions company has an open position for a Remote Junior Technology JIRA Software Administrator.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing user permissions to tools according to the needs of projects and teams
- Driving your own projects, from design through planning to execution
- Improving the user experience around Atlassian services
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience working with Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence, Insight)
- Active DOD issued Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one
- Integration experience on JIRA and Confluence with plugins and development
- Familiarity with CQL, JavaScript, Python, and Java.
- Energy and passion to invent and create innovative solutions, challenge the status quo and drive change
- Excellent customer service, communication, documentation, work prioritization and analytical skills
