Job Summary
An educational company is in need of a Remote K Through 5 Educational Solutions Customer Success Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing timely and knowledgeable assistance to partners, customers, and facilitators
- Meeting with Customers to ensure IM Certified professional learning is aligned to customer goals
- Developing or bringing extensive knowledge and deep understanding for the IM Certified K-5 curriculum
Qualifications for this position include:
- Strong track record of effective partnering and collaboration and cross functional team members
- B.S. degree, preferably in Education or Business
- 2-5 years of experience in teaching mathematics
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and tasks
