Job Summary

An educational company is in need of a Remote K Through 5 Educational Solutions Customer Success Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing timely and knowledgeable assistance to partners, customers, and facilitators
  • Meeting with Customers to ensure IM Certified professional learning is aligned to customer goals
  • Developing or bringing extensive knowledge and deep understanding for the IM Certified K-5 curriculum

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Strong track record of effective partnering and collaboration and cross functional team members
  • B.S. degree, preferably in Education or Business
  • 2-5 years of experience in teaching mathematics
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and tasks
