Job Summary
A provider of education needs applicants for an opening for a Remote K Through 5 Elementary General Education Teacher in Exton.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Taking ownership for student’s academic progress and attendance
- Conducting live synchronous teaching
- Submitting grades and required student work, ensuring student academic honesty and integrity
Position Requirements Include:
- Able to travel as required (approximately 10% of the time)
- Bachelor's degree
- Six (6) months of student teaching experience
- Meet requirements for Highly Qualified Teacher (HQT) in subject area under No Child Left Behind (NCLB)
- Pedagogical knowledge of content being taught and ability to apply critical thinking
- Knowledge of state content standards and ability to align those with the K12 curriculum
