Job Summary
A consulting firm is filling a position for a Remote Kaseya Subject Matter Expert.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing professional consulting and admin services on the Kaseya VSA platform
- Completing any other assigned tasks
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Should have prior experience working for a Managed Service Provider
- Should have a solid technical background across the entire IT Infrastructure / Managed Services technology stack
- Several years of Kaseya VSA experience and deep understanding of the product architecture, as well as the database
- Experience in automation, scripting, PowerShell, Kaseya procedures, patch management, reporting, and other Kaseya modules
- Excellent communication skills and ability to consult with our MSP partners
