Job Summary
A health insurance company has a current position open for a Remote Kentucky Licensed Utilization Management Nurse 2.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Interpret criteria, policies, and procedures to provide the most appropriate care for members
- Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders to facilitate optimal care and treatment
- Understand department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Active RN license in the state(s) in which the nurse is required to practice
- 3-5 years of experience working in any of the following: ER, Critical Care, ICU, Ortho, Med Surg or Tele
- Good typing skills and proficiency using MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook
- A high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office
