Job Summary
A health insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Kentucky Licensed Utilization Management Registered Nurse 2.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Interpret criteria, policies, and procedures to provide the most appropriate care for patients
- Coordinate and communicate with providers, members, or other parties
- Understand department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives
Qualifications for this position include:
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the (appropriate state) with no disciplinary action
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 - 5 years of Medical Surgery, Heart, Lung or Critical Care Nursing experience
- TB screening
- Previous experience in utilization management
- Prior clinical experience preferably in an acute care, skilled or rehabilitation clinical setting
