Job Summary
A domain name server service company is in need of a Remote Key Account Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Overseeing the full-cycle of key account interaction
- Developing educational materials and hold training sessions
- Collecting and documenting feedback from key customer accounts
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5 years prior experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role
- Demonstrated talent in and track record of building new customer relationships
- Outstanding English comprehension and writing skills
- Experience in infrastructure SaaS
- Must have experience in working with a distributed team
