- Maximizing customer satisfaction by being an on-site resource to ensure the needs of the customer are being met
- Presenting solutions to meet needs of the customer through regular on-site engagement with the customer's teams
- Identifying and cultivating new customers within local market

- Relocation to the Boston area
- Proven relationship-building and problem-solving skills
