Job Summary
A staffing agency is in need of a Remote Key Account Regional Pharmaceutical Sales Manager in Cleveland.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Increasing sales in the geographical area by coaching, mentoring, supporting and managing the group of Key Account Managers
- Developing regional sales plans for new business and expanding existing accounts
- Conducting field observations with each Key Account Manager, calling on assigned institutions
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline is required
- Minimum of 3 years successfully leading institutional account managers
- Minimum of 10 years of related pharmaceutical sales, marketing, and/or training
- Hospital experience
- Buy and Bill experience
