Job Summary
An insurance company is filling a position for a Remote Key Accounts Claims Services Specialist in Fairfield.
Must be able to:
- Develop claims-handling guidelines specific to each insured’s needs
- Provide claim loss reports/summaries to the policyholder on a regular basis
- Coordinate and facilitate claim reviews with the insured’s and agency’s specifications
Qualifications for this position include:
- Travel as needed to visit insureds and/or agents, assess claim needs
- Bachelors' degree or have significant related work experience and insurance-specific certifications
- Minimum of ten years of casualty claims experience, five years with CIC preferred
- Heavy workers' compensation experience with an understanding of property and casualty claims
- Adept in CMS and Microsoft® Excel
- All other requirements necessary for this position
