Job Summary
A health and dental insurance provider has an open position for a Remote Kidney Care Case Manager RN Registered Nurse.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Evaluating the medical needs of member
- Assessing, planning, implementing and coordinating all case management activities
- Developing a proactive course of action to address issues
Required Skills:
- Compact RN licensure
- 3+ years clinical practice experience
- At least 3 years of Renal care experience
- Strong Computer and typing skills
