Job Summary
A locksmith and key technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Kiosk Customer Support Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients
- Answering incoming customer calls regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions, etc
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Minimum 1-year experience in a call center environment or a satisfactory equivalent
- Proven experience in providing excellent service to customers
- High School graduation or evidence of having satisfactorily passed a High School Equivalency Program
