A software company is in need of a Remote Knowledge and Training Manager in Manhattan Beach.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Identifying internal and external knowledge gaps
• Creating training materials for new hire onboardings
• Obtaining and /or developing effective training materials utilizing a variety of media

Required Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• 3+ years of experience providing training
• Tech savvy, analytical, and good problem solver
• Organized, methodical, and detail-oriented
• Ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently
