Job Summary

An e-commerce community and online marketplace is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Knowledge Base Group Product Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Own the product strategy for Knowledge base
  • Build and maintain a roadmap of high-impact, customer-centric projects
  • Communicate plans and progress to executives and senior management

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 4+ years of product management / product ownership experience, with an emphasis on growth
  • 2+ years of experience managing product managers or other team members
  • Strong technical abilities, with data science or machine learning experience
  • Proven ability to operate under tight deadlines while maintaining multiple projects
  • Strong user experience sensibilities and familiarity with platform UI best practices
  • Strong use of analytics, user research, and business cases to drive decisions and improve products
