Job Summary
An insurance technology company is seeking a Remote Knowledge Base Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end Knowledge Base function (Zendesk) for our parent company.
- Gather content from communications, biweekly release notes, and our product teams
- Gather information through research and analytics
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3-5+ years experience web content development and creating new infrastructure
- Can format existing and create new text, videos, and visuals while maintaining clarity
- Ability to analyze and quickly digest business practices
- Possess knowledge of HTML, CSS or other web styling languages
- Experienced at exploring and providing KB strategies for future clients
- Developed content strategy playbooks and templates to scale the discipline
