Job Summary

Supporting the creation and management of HR knowledge content, the full-time Remote Knowledge Management Consultant will collaborate with HR subject matter experts to develop user-friendly articles and ensure content is optimized for discoverability in platforms like Workday Help.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain knowledge articles within Workday Help, ensuring proper tagging and categorization
  • Collaborate with HR subject matter experts to gather accurate information and document HR processes clearly
  • Write and structure user-friendly articles, guides, and FAQs while applying consistent formatting and tone across all knowledge assets
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, Knowledge Management, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in knowledge management, HR communications, or content development
  • Experience managing content in Workday Help, ServiceNow, or similar knowledge platforms
  • Familiarity with LMS tools and content lifecycle best practices
  • Experience with multimedia tools such as PowerPoint and video editing software
